Welcome to ORVN. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ORVN. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services available to you (the “Services”). ORVN is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

 

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

 

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to present accurate product descriptions and images. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or lighting. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

• Cancellations: May not be possible once an order is accepted.

• Resale: You represent that purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

• Exchanges: We offer one (1) complimentary size exchange per order within Australia, subject to availability. Additional exchanges or returns are not covered and may require a new purchase. International orders are not eligible for size exchanges.

 

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method for all purchases, including applicable shipping fees and taxes.

For international orders, prices displayed do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply upon delivery.

 

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We currently ship to Australia, the United States, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

For international orders:

• Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
• You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions outside of our control.

 

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer laws.

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content — including trademarks, text, images, and design elements — is owned by ORVN or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

ORVN is hosted and powered by Shopify. All transactions occur directly between you and ORVN. Shopify is not responsible for any issues arising from your transactions with us.

 

SECTION 9 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information on the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct such information or cancel orders based on inaccurate information without prior notice.

 

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORVN shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

 SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
